This is just a quick tip about using links for perspectives. The 1.7 upgrade, still in progress as of this writing, has a neat new feature – the perspective link. Adding these to the note fields can be a small but nice streamlining.
Presently, I’m mainly using them for the review section as follows:
Just type in the link in the style seen here. You can use your own custom perspectives as well.
Addendum: The iPhone perspectives feature has been added to the latest update. It’s in “experimental” mode.
Addendum 2 (2010-02-10): As of iPhone v 1.6.1 the links work on the iPhone as long as they are in context mode. (Read full post on optimizing OmniFocus perspectives for iPhone.)
Nifty. The omnifocus:/// protocol can be configured in FireFox and Safari and seems to load OF on the iPhone as well.
That’s neat, I didn’t realize they did that. It’ll be even better once perspectives are included in the iPhone app.
Hello, that’s a nice feature! It’s working from the browser also.
I don’t really see the use of this feature… how would you take advantage of that? I don’t understand really your example with the notes…
Thank you for sharing your ideas!

When I originally commented I clicked the
“Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each
time a comment is added I get four e-mails with the same comment.
Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Thanks!
Please contact me directly, and hopefully I can figure out the issue.
Dead pent content material, Really enjoyed looking through.
